SMS MESSAGING POLICY

Blitzify offers optional SMS messaging programs for individuals who choose to opt in. Participation is entirely voluntary. SMS communications from Blitzify are sent only to recipients who have separately and affirmatively consented through the designated opt-in path described below.

Who sends messages: Blitzify.

This page is the canonical public description of the Blitzify SMS program. It supplements the Privacy Policy: SMS Communications & Mobile Information and the Terms of Service: SMS Messaging Terms.

The only enrollment path for Blitzify SMS programs is through the public Request a Demo form at https://www.blitzify.ai/request-demo.

To enroll:

• Complete the Request a Demo form, including your name, work email, and company.
• Optionally provide a mobile phone number in the designated field. This field is clearly marked as optional. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent.
• Separately choose zero, one, or both of the following optional, unchecked checkboxes:
  • Informational and service SMS, demo requests, appointments, requested information, account notifications, onboarding, and customer support.
  • Marketing and promotional SMS, product announcements, offers, and sales follow-up. Marketing consent is collected separately from informational/service consent.
• Submit the form. Consent evidence is recorded durably at the time of submission for each checkbox you select.

You may submit a demo request without selecting either checkbox. Checking either checkbox without providing a valid mobile number is not permitted by the form.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may request a Blitzify demonstration, subscribe to a Blitzify plan, and use Blitzify Services without providing a mobile phone number or enrolling in SMS communications.

Blitzify may send the following categories of SMS messages to recipients who have provided the matching consent:

Informational and service messages (requires informational consent) may include:

• Demo scheduling confirmations and reminders
• Appointment reminders
• Requested information related to your inquiry
• Account notifications
• Onboarding assistance
• Customer support related to your inquiry or account

Marketing and promotional messages (requires separate marketing consent) may include:

• Product announcements
• Offers
• Promotional sales follow-up

Marketing consent is never inferred from informational consent, and informational consent is never inferred from marketing consent. Phone-number presence alone never grants either consent.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Blitzify.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates charged by your wireless carrier may apply to messages you send and receive in connection with the Blitzify SMS program. Blitzify is not responsible for any charges your carrier assesses.

Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the capabilities and availability of your carrier's network.

To unsubscribe from Blitzify SMS messages at any time, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message you receive from Blitzify. You will receive a confirmation that your number has been removed from the program. You will not receive further Blitzify SMS messages unless you re-enroll.

To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START.

Opting out of SMS does not prevent Blitzify from contacting you by email or other channels where you have provided separate consent or where permitted by applicable law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Blitzify may share mobile information with service providers who process data solely on Blitzify's behalf to deliver the requested services, and only subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-use restrictions.

Blitzify retains durable records of SMS consent (including the consented phone number in normalized form, consent type, consent version, consent text hash, date and time of consent, enrollment method, source route, and the associated submission record) for as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable requirements. Consent history is auditable; withdrawal/STOP events can be correlated to prior consent records.

Your use of the Blitzify SMS program is also governed by the Terms of Service: SMS Messaging Terms. In the event of any conflict between this SMS Messaging Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service govern.
