SMS Communications & Mobile Information
Blitzify may collect a mobile phone number when a user voluntarily provides it through the Request a Demo form at https://www.blitzify.ai/request-demo. Providing a mobile phone number is entirely optional. Blitzify will only send text messages to a number if the user has separately and affirmatively opted in by checking one or both of the optional, unchecked SMS consent checkboxes on that form (informational/service consent and/or marketing consent). Providing a phone number alone does not constitute enrollment. Marketing consent is collected separately from informational/service consent.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may request a Blitzify demonstration and use our Services without providing a mobile phone number or consenting to text message communications.

When you provide affirmative informational SMS consent, Blitzify may send informational and service text messages such as:

Opting out of SMS does not prevent Blitzify from contacting you by email or other channels where you have provided separate consent or where permitted by applicable law.
Blitzify retains durable consent evidence (including the consented phone number in normalized form, consent type, consent version, consent text hash, the date and time of consent, the method of consent, the source route, and the associated submission record) for as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable requirements.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Blitzify may share mobile information with service providers who process data solely on Blitzify's behalf to deliver the requested services, and only subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-use restrictions.
