CONNECT YOUR STACK WITH CLEAR AUTHORIZATION AND COORDINATED WORK

Integration Management gives Ian a governed workspace to connect approved business systems, record scopes your team authorizes, and keep connection health visible so specialists can use permitted context instead of repeating manual data transfer.

08 // FAQ

FAQ

What does Integration Management do?

It helps you connect approved business systems, record authorization scopes, monitor connection health, and make permitted context available to your Blitzify workforce.

Which systems can Blitzify connect to?

Connector availability depends on your workspace and certified integrations. Ian supports governed OAuth and universal connector flows where product evidence exists; not every software category is available for every tenant.

Who controls the connection?

You do. Your organization authorizes, reviews scopes, reconnects, and disconnects integrations.

Does Ian receive my password?

No. Connections use provider authorization flows such as OAuth. Ian does not collect or store your account passwords.

Can I choose read-only access?

Yes, when the connector supports it. Scopes are recorded so agents know whether context is read-only, supervised, or approval-required.

Can I disconnect a system?

Yes. You can disconnect integrations from the integrations workspace when you no longer want Blitzify to use that connection.

What happens when authorization expires?

Ian surfaces reconnect and reauthorization signals. Agents should not rely on expired connections until you complete authorization again.

Can every agent access every integration?

No. Agents use only the integrations and scopes your organization authorized for their workflows.

Does connecting a system allow automatic actions?

No. Connecting records permitted scope. Supervised and write actions still follow your approval and policy rules.

How does Ian monitor connection health?

Ian tracks health signals such as sync errors and token expiry and pairs them with Connection Health views and remediation guidance.

Is setup required?

Yes. You select connectors, complete authorization, and validate missions before relying on production context.

How do I request a new integration?

Contact your Blitzify operator or request a demo. New connectors are added through product certification, not automatic universal support.
