The short answer
A Tradecraft is a packaged capability: the knowledge, steps, integrations, and guardrails needed to perform a specific kind of business work. Your Blitzify agents remain the workforce; Tradecrafts give them specialized skills for jobs like RFQ response prep, lead research, or SOP-driven execution. Think of it as operational IP your organization can build once and deploy many times, with visibility and governance you control.
How Tradecrafts differ from agents
Agents are persistent roles in your workforce (sales, finance, operations, and so on). A Tradecraft is not another headcount line. It is a skill module multiple agents can use inside Missions and Operations. Zed still coordinates priorities; C10 still measures execution capacity. Tradecrafts change what work can be done reliably, not how many specialists you employ.
How Tradecrafts differ from one-off prompts or zaps
Generic automation chains break when context changes. Tradecrafts embed business rules: which sources to trust, when to escalate, which templates apply, and which approvals are mandatory. That makes them closer to documented operating procedures than to a single ChatGPT thread, suitable for work you repeat weekly across customers, projects, or regions.
Governance and visibility
Tradecrafts can be Confidential (private to your org), Restricted (shared with named partners or accounts), or Declassified (eligible for broader ecosystem distribution where your policy allows). Marketplace publication is optional and separate from Workforce subscription; creators choose visibility. Blitzify does not promise specific marketplace economics in public documentation; execution and distribution terms follow product policy at deploy time.
Where Tradecrafts show up in Blitzify
Workforce includes access to discover and deploy capabilities through Operations and the Tradecraft ecosystem. Missions coordinate objectives that may invoke Tradecraft steps. C10 funds the underlying agent work. For a product-oriented overview, see Tradecrafts on the marketing site.
Realistic limitations
Tradecrafts do not remove professional judgment. Legal, financial, and safety-critical decisions still need human review. They also require maintenance when your process, tools, or compliance rules change, like any internal playbook.
Frequently asked questions
Do Tradecrafts replace my team? No. They standardize repeatable work so specialists spend time on judgment, relationships, and exceptions.
Is every example Tradecraft available in a marketplace today? No. Marketing examples illustrate capability types. Availability depends on what your organization builds or what is published under Declassified visibility.
