Clause summaries explain what each section appears to require in operational terms. Risk highlights call attention to provisions that diverge from your playbook or prior deals. Both are starting points for professionals, not substitutes for them.
Negotiation notes for counsel
Lex drafts negotiation notes that capture business concerns and suggested ask language. Your attorneys or external counsel refine positions, especially where regulation or litigation history matters. Lex does not send redlines to counterparties without your workflow.
What Lex will not do
